Our Christian Values are at the heart of everything we do. They underpin our teaching and learning, and provide an environment which prepares our pupils to be confident, happy and compassionate citizens. Each half term, we have focus on a Christian Value. During Worship, we hear stories from the Bible and we think about what we can take away from the messages that we hear. Every week, we choose children to be our 'Christian Value Superstars' and we celebrate our children living out the values in their everyday life.

Autumn 1 - Service

This term, we are focusing on Service.

Throughout the term, children will have opportunities to think about service through different lenses:

• Using our talents to serve (Galatians 5.13)
• Receiving as well as giving (1 Kings 17.7-16)
• Giving with no strings attached (Matthew 20.28)
• Looking at the heart (1 Samuel 16.1-13)
• Living for others (Matthew 4.18-20)
